Rock Paper Scissors

Two players are engaging in a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Your task is to announce the winner after each round, following the standard rules of the game. Simply identify which player wins or declare it a draw if both players choose the same option. You must announce the result within a limited time frame. Failing to do so or providing an incorrect outcome will cost you one of your lives. You start with five lives and can make up to five mistakes before the game ends.
